Masters student and cross country standout Reggie Williams has been named to the 2024 ACAC Cross Country All-Conference team. 

Reggie kicked off the season with a stellar third-place finish in his first Grand Prix, clocking an impressive 3:30 pace per kilometer right at home. He then showcased his talent at the Cross Country Championships hosted by St. Mary’s University, finishing sixth out of 57 competitors with a remarkable 3:31 pace per kilometer.

Next up, Reggie will head to Windsor, Ontario, to compete in the CCAA Cross Country Championship alongside the Augustana Vikings Men’s Cross Country team. The championship takes place on November 9th at St. Clair College, where they face off against the best of the best. #govikes #ACAC #CCAAChampionship
