Jaron is from Ryley, AB and is in his first year with the Vikings, filling a role on the team as a manager/trainer/practice player. He is enrolled in Bachelor of Science, major in Kinesiology and one day hopes to become a physiotherapist. Jaron chose to come to Augustana because he came from a small community in high school and the Augustana campus is a tight-knit community, so it provides a comfortable setting that he is familiar with.  
When Jaron is not on the basketball court you can find him watching basketball, enjoying music and in the kitchen cooking up a storm.
