A third-year guard, Nathan Bowie's weekend definitely set the tone in a must-win series vs NAIT. His 6/10 shooting on Friday led to 16 points and 7/15 shooting (plus 8/8 from the free throw line) on Saturday garnered him 26 points.

Playing point guard and shooting guard, Nathan had 10 assists and 5 rebounds on Friday and 10 rebounds and 5 assists on Saturday, combined with his gritty leadership and ability to play his best in the tight moments helped show why he's a key part of the Vikings' basketball team. Nathan's best performance, however, was an outstanding leadership performance in addition to a statistical one.

Nathan Bowie is from Edmonton, AB and is in his 3rd year playing with the Vikings; primarily as a shooting guard. He is enrolled in the Business Management degree program and one day hopes to find a career as a businessman. As a returning player, Nathan hopes to be about that action.
