Tadgh Dalton is from Mannville Alberta. In his first year with the Vikings and predominantly plays striker. He is enrolled in a Bachelor of Arts majoring in environmental studies and minoring in management and hopes to one day become an environmental lawyer.

Dalton came to Augustana because he comes from a small town and saw Augustana as the perfect place to start his university as it is a great place to transition before entering a bigger law school. The smaller class sizes and more personal experience appealed to me greatly. In high school he played soccer for the Vermillion Strikers in tier 4 rural where they won provincials once and placed second 3 times. He won bronze in provincials playing for a tier 3 team and this year scored 24 goals in 9 games and captained his team. He balanced this with a solid school year where he achieved a lifelong dream of being valedictorian of his graduating class.

When Dalton is not on the soccer pitch he enjoys going to the gym, listening to music and watching sports. His favourite book is Roy Keane's autobiography and his favourite movie is Guardians of the Galaxy. His favourite food is a breakfast wrap.
