I am a Phys. Ed. student with a specialization in kinesiology and sport studies and a psychology minor. I have been doing biathlon for three years now and have cross country skied and raced from a very young age. I am a passionate advocate of mental health for all people and a strong believer in the benefits of balancing sport and academics.
