Making history as the first Vikings female Indoor Track student-athlete to earn a medal at ACAC Indoor Track Championships, Sidney Cusack is named the first Vikings Women’s Indoor Track student-athlete to be recognized on the ACAC All-Confernce team. The top seven scoring men and women at the 2024 ACAC Indoor Track Championships are recognized as the all-conference recipients.

At this year's championships, Cusack made a name for herself by earning a total of three medals, including a silver in the women’s 300m, bronze in the women’s 600m and bronze in the women’s 4x400m relay alongside teammates Chloe Funnell, Lara Birkill and Jhecelle Borile.

Improving on her seeding time, Cusack crossed the finish line in the 300m race with a time of 45.92 seconds, nearly two whole seconds faster than her seeding. She would continue on an upward trajectory by crossing the line in the 600m a full seven seconds quicker than her seeding time on Day 2 of the Championships for a bronze medal.
