Shae Boyes tallied 25 kills, 1 block, 14 digs and 3 service ace to lead the Augustana Vikings Women's volleyball team to a weekend sweep of the Nait Ooks. Her dominant play on the left side has propelled the Vikings to a third place placement with one more match to go before the Christmas Break.

Shae Boyes is from Rimbey, AB and is in her first year with the Vikings, playing primarily as a left side. She is enrolled in Bachelor of Arts major in Physical Education (Kinesiology and Sport Studies) and one day hopes to become a rehabilitation therapist. Shae chose to come to Augustana because she is close to home and loves the small town environment. 
When Shae is not on the volleyball court you can find her at the gym, at the lake, or eating. Her favourite book is 19 Minutes, or One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish. Her favourite show is Friends and her favourite food is pizza.
