Leah Reid is a fourth year Biology major from Pigeon Lake, Alberta. She would like to get a job either researching as a wildlife biologist or doing wildlife rehabilitation.

She would most like to meet Terry Fox because he was a great inspiration to many people and a very kind person. As an athlete, her biggest influences are fellow runners Emily McIlroy and Matt Martin. Leah has been running since she have been little and skiing for two years.

This season her goal is to have a faster time than last year, train hard, and feel confident in her running. The most memorable in Leah’s sports life was running in Nationals in Ontario a couple of years ago with the team. When not in class, Leah can be found studying, hanging out with friends, running, eating, and sleeping. Her favourite sports team is the Toronto Blue Jays.
