Tayla is from Revelstoke, BC and is in her 4th year of her BSc, majoring in both Kinesiology and Psychology. She has been with the Vikings from the start and has competed nationally on the running and cross country skiing teams, and more recently joined the biathlon team. Tayla hopes to reach the national platform in biathlon this year. When she is not practicing or training, Tayla can be found drinking chai lattes in the cafes around town, making a to do list, or off on an adventure in her camper van. One of her favourite inspirational quotes is by Abraham Lincoln: “Whatever you are, be a good one”.
