Nadia is from Leduc, Alberta and is in her first year with the Vikings. She is enrolled in a Bachelor of Science majoring in Chemistry and one day hopes to become a teacher. Nadia chose to come to Augustana because it has the small classes while still getting the high education of the University of Alberta. As well as it close to home for her.

When Nadia is not on the curling rink you can find her participating in various volunteer opportunities, working hard at McDonalds, or enjoying her friends.  Her favorite book is Pay it Forward, her favorite movie is Red and Red 2. Her favorite food is either Chicken Pot Pie or Shepherd’s Pie.

Nadia’s sister Emma currently plays for the Augustana Vikings on the Women’s Basketball team.
