Nils is from Athabasca and is in his 5th year racing with the Vikings, as a runner and skier. He is enrolled in BSc. Environmental Science and is a river guide. As a graduating athlete, Nils hopes to culminate his Viking career with new personal best times and of course a healthy dose of Viking team spirit.

When Nils is not on the trails you can find him leading Outdoors Club trips, climbing at the wall, or at a team potluck . His favourite book is Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell, by Susanna Clarke. His favourite movie is anything with John Candy, and his favourite food is homemade bread.
